The Sports Addict Retail Store is conveniently located in the Southern California area where we also operate our On-line Division. The Sports Addict On-Line Division is open for business 24/7, 365 days a year. Our On-line Store is 100% fully functional and secure and thrives with professional customer service, order processing and order management. Orders received before 4pm PST will be processed the same business day. Once the customer submits an order to our secure server, the customer will receive an email notification submitted by the Sports Addict Store. This email will contain a hyperlink allowing the customer to easily track the progress of their order. A second email will be sent to the customer when the order is fufilled and billed. Finally, a third email notification will be sent to the customer notifying them of shipment and will provide tracking details. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department for assistance. In order to keep our prices low, returned items and cancelled orders are subject to a 15% processing/re-stocking fee.
